Our irrigation service department is one of the fastest growing departments of our firm. The service department is responsible for sprinkler irrigation system repairs, modifications, and additions, as well as regularly scheduled spring activation and fall winterization drainage of systems. Our service department is staffed with a full-time office representative prepared to respond promptly to customer telephone service scheduling needs. Our representative is prepared to arrange scheduled service for customer convenience and to confirm the service needs with the customer at the time of their call. After hours and weekend messages left for our service department for service inquiries are returned the following business day. Customer service calls are scheduled and performed with the customer only by prior arrangement through our service department.

Each service crew is staffed with a lead service technician and a service technician helper. Each of the lead service technicians that work for Mist’er Rain, Inc. offer years of experience and knowledge to their field, and have worked for Mist'er Rain, Inc. for fourteen to twenty four years. All service call customers can be assured of professional and quality service from our service department and service staff. Our customers recognize and appreciate the importance of scheduled service appointments in advance and that our service department billings are mailed to our customers for their convenience.

We currently provide regularly scheduled spring activation and fall winterization service to over 1000 Mist'er Rain, Inc. annual service account customers. Numerous service customers have been with Mist’er Rain, Inc. for thirty years and hundreds more for twenty years and longer. We offer our customers the security and knowledge that our service department will automatically arrange scheduling for their spring/fall system service needs. And our service department is pleased to arrange and schedule tailored special or periodic service for large estate watering systems through out the watering season.
